Initial Wellness Consultation & Health Review – $150 (1 Hour)

Your first step with Double B Fitness & Health Consulting begins with a comprehensive one-hour wellness consultation and health review. This session is designed to give you a clear picture of where you are today and provide a roadmap for moving forward with confidence.

During the consultation, we will:

  • Review your health history, lifestyle habits, and medical considerations

  • Assess your current fitness level, nutrition patterns, sleep, and stress management

Resistance Training with Bands

 

Athletic Band Training for Strength and Mobility. Resistance bands are one of the most versatile, safe, and effective tools for building strength and improving mobility—especially for older adults. Unlike traditional weights, bands create continuous tension throughout every movement, which helps activate more muscle fibers without the heavy strain on joints. They’re lightweight, portable, and adaptable, making them an excellent option for training at home, in the gym, or even while traveling.

After 32 years of building and running multiple businesses in the private sector, I made the decision to retire and pursue my true passion—health and fitness. In 2024, I became both an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and an ACE-certified Health Coach, channeling my decades of leadership and life experience into helping others thrive. Since then, I’ve focused on designing programs, training myself, and laying the foundation for what I believe is the most rewarding chapter yet: guiding older adults toward living stronger, healthier, and more active lives well into the future.
